Qualifications

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age, have a good driving record and the ability to learn to safely operate a forty-foot transit bus. Should have basic reading, writing and math skills and follow written and oral instructions. Must have the ability to communicate verbally and in writing; establish and maintain courteous, friendly and effective relations with passengers, the public and fellow employees. Will need to have an Arizona’s driver license at time of employment.

Major Functions

Manages personnel by monitoring and directing the tasks and assignments of the supervisors/dispatchers; notifying personnel of policy or operational changes; ensuring road checks, reviews, corrective case interviews and incident reports are completed in a timely manner. Qualifications

Applicants must have a high school diploma/equivalent, a current driver’s license and a minimum of three years customer service experience. Must have the ability to make presentations, good writing skills and be computer literate. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
