Tucson Medical Center
Tucson Medical Center (TMC) has over 600 licensed beds and is Tucson’s leading nonprofit regional hospital, offering comprehensive services, including emergency and pediatric care, intensive care for all ages, women’s and maternity services, cardiac care, orthopedics, neuroscience, surgical and vascular care, and hospice. TMC empowers patients through active participation in their care and provides extensive wellness outreach, including programs like TMC for Seniors.
Did you know? TMC admitted its first patient November 9, 1944. That’s 80 years ago!
Fort Lowell Park

The complex also offers ramadas, grills, and picnic tables, making it an ideal spot for gatherings, cookouts, and relaxation after the game.
Did you know? This part was name after a native Tucsonan, Todd M. Harris. He was a Sahuaro High School graduate who participated in several sports and joined the Army. He lost his life in combat while in Afghanistan.
Davis Monthan Air Force Base – Visitor Center
Davis-Monthan Air Force Base is home to 11,000 Airmen and 34 mission partners supporting global combat operations. The 355th Wing leads the base, specializing in combat search and rescue and attack air power. Renowned for excellence, Davis-Monthan earned the 2018 Commander in Chief’s Award for Best Base in the Air Force. It also hosts the 12th Air Force, 309th AMARG, and other key units. As Tucson’s third-largest employer, the base contributes over $2.6 billion annually to the local economy.
