Sun Van Comprehensive Operational Analysis (COA)Draft Recommendations and survey

In partnership with TMD, RATP Dev is reviewing the current conditions of the Sun Van service, policies, and procedures to perform a comprehensive performance evaluation. Our goal is to identify potential improvements to create a more accessible and efficient service.

Do you ride Sun Van or assist someone who rides Sun Van? Please take our 5-minute survey at the link above to let us know your thoughts on a few of our key recommendations. Sun Van’s 2024 COA was designed to evaluate ways to improve our paratransit service. We will share the valuable insights gained from our outreach and survey efforts and preview the upcoming draft recommendations that will help shape the future of Sun Van.

There are three ways to participate and give feedback for consideration in the Sun Van COA study.
