Sun Van Comprehensive Operational Analysis study (COA)
In partnership with TMD, RATP Dev will review the current conditions of our service, policies, and procedures to perform a performance evaluation of Sun Van. Our goal is to identify potential improvements for a more accessible and efficient service.
Project goals:
- Identify opportunities to improve transit access, mobility, and the customer experience.
- Enhance Sun Van service to better meet the community’s needs.
- Propose recommendations for future service changes or expansions.
What We’ve Accomplished So Far:
We have conducted six in-person public input meetings, two virtual meetings, and completed the survey. Here are the details:
